Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Bookings
My Family Lounge bookings are temporarily disabled until 13 July 2020.
For existing families: To secure and book vacation care you will need to email email@example.com.
For new families: You can still complete your enrolment form online at the below link, however to make a booking you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org.

For existing families who have a My Family Lounge account, you will need to make booking by emailing email@example.com
For families who are new to My Family Lounge, click on the ‘Register’ button below. You will then be taken through a registration process to create your My Family Lounge account.
- If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48 hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer, ask you to accept the offer, and complete and submit the ‘Enrolment Form’ in the My Family Lounge portal.
- Complete the online Payment Form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your payment is processed and your position has been secured.

For your utmost convenience, download the My Family Lounge App whereby you're able to manage and secure casual bookings and absent days, as well as view your child's portfolio and photos 24 hours a day replacing the need for emails and phone calls.
