Fitness for Young People
Check out these great programs and options that have been tailored specifically to suit young people.
Now includes functional training! This element has been modified to be age appropriate and focuses on improving children's fitness and confidence using a large variety of group training equipment and styles in a fun and motivating environment.
With an emphasis on fun, Teen Fit encourages people aged between 11-17yrs, to enjoy being active and take an interest in their health and wellbeing.
Class Times: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 4.30-5.15pm.
Conducted by our experienced instructors, Teen Fit sessions use the latest music in a variety of modified, age appropriate group training activities (e.g. spin, functional training, etc.) and supervised gym exercises to ensure participants exercise in a safe and enjoyable environment. Participants are also educated on nutrition, exercise requirements and health club etiquette to ensure a smooth transition into the Teen Gym membership (see below).
