Group Fitness

Our Group Fitness classes cater to the young, the young at heart, the fit and the unfit. Regardless of your age or fitness level, why not come along and try out one of our exciting classes. With thirteen weekly classes to choose from, we are more than happy to help you select the perfect class to ensure that you achieve your goals.

Step

An energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. This class uses a height-adjustable step & simple movements on, over and around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Yoga

Strengthens and balances body and mind through flowing movements, static postures, controlled breathing and deep relaxation, reducing stress and enhancing wellbeing.

K-Yoga

A fun yoga class for participants between 6-10 years old. Teaching them controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves & poses.

Punch

Held indoors and outdoors, this 30 minute cardiovascular workout incorporates boxing elements for toning.

War Fitness

This energetic freestyle class is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Punch & kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Ram Fitness

Encourages physical activity for children aged 12-17 years old. Held outdoors/indoors, these 60 minute group sessions are designed to improve all aspects of your fitness. Sessions include speed, strength, endurance and team activities. Feel the results and get hooked! (Coming soon)

Lamb Fitness

Encourages physical activity for children aged 6-12yrs. Held outdoors/indoors, these 60 minute group sessions are designed to improve all aspects of your fitness. Sessions include speed, strength, endurance and team activities. Feel the results and get hooked! (Coming soon)

Rip Fitness

A weights to music class that strengthens your entire body. This class uses a barbell to perform exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for! (Coming soon.)

Aqua Aerobics

The benefits of water resistance training include the activation of opposing muscle groups for a balanced workout. The push and pull of the water allows both increased muscle training and a built-in safety barrier for joints.
