Current members are permitted to suspend their membership. Please download and complete the Member Update Form and submit it to the centre.
Notification of cancellation must be processed in person by completing the appropriate Member Update Form. 14 days notice on an active direct debit membership is required, therefore the following fortnight’s fees will be deducted. Cancellations will only be received in person at the Centre. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Please download and complete the Member Update Form and come into the centre.
The Member Update Form is available to complete in person at the centre for any of the reasons stated above.
