Inside Our Minds 2020

Mental Health Week begins on October 10, with the aim to spread the word about positive mental wellbeing and promote seeking support if you need help. ‘Inside Our Minds’, a series of short films, was born to ultimately let other young people know they aren’t alone and there is help out there for them. Our change Agent, Martin Johnson, driven by his own personal experience with mental health is now in the second year of running this campaign.
