At Broome ELC we offer:
- 62 places for children from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Our programs are designed to meet the individual interests and needs of all children and support their learning journey. Our award winning nature escape outdoor environment plays a large role in shaping centre programs around nature play.
Our staff are passionate, dedicated and qualified early childhood educators, and we pride ourselves on offering extremely affordable fees. We offer places for children from birth (6 weeks) to 5 years and we only serve nutritious home-style food. We offer flexible hours to accommodate to all rosters, while providing access to a child health nurse.

Centre Director: Kathleen Doherty
I am excited to introduce myself as the new Centre Director at the Y Broome Early Learning Centre!
I began my career in early childhood education over 15 years ago in the UK, before relocating to Australia in 2017. Since then, I have worked in various positions and centres across remote Australia, including Kojonup, near Albany.
My recent move to Broome with my husband and two children has been an exciting transition, and I am looking forward to becoming a part of the vibrant community here.
As Centre Director I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where every child is supported and empowered to reach their full potential.
