Golden Pryme

Put some life in your years and become involved in our Golden Pryme classes and the Seniors Circle at YMCA Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Recreation Centre. We offer a great range of programs and services to help keep you healthy and happy and socially and mentally up to speed. 

Strengthen N Lengthen

Strengthen N Lengthen is our most popular program for seniors. It is a strength based program that aims to improve the health, fitness and quality of life of people aged over 50 years. The Strengthen N Lengthen program consists of exercise sessions in a group format that focus on progressive resistance training techniques. Strengthen N Lengthen is not just for health and fitness - it’s also a great opportunity to meet new people in a friendly social environment.
