Term Programs for Young People
YPAC
YMCA Performing Arts Club has been introduced to cater to an audience who isn’t otherwise catered for through the regular sport and recreation programs. The ten-week term program teaches 5-14 year olds all about singing, dancing and acting, while helping them build self-confidence and learn the teamwork and discipline required to put on a performance. The program wraps up with a concert that is fully scripted, choreographed and rehearsed by the children and their dedicated instructor Rosi. The young people will attend YPAC twice a week for the term, and have the option of choosing which two days they’d like to attend between Mondays and Thursdays. The cost for the program is $190.
